We build some of the most complex agentic AI solutions in Sweden, live in production at customers in gaming, wholesale and highly regulated industries. Now we are hiring our first AI-Engineer.
What you'll do
- Build Sweden's most complex agentic AI solutions with our customers, on Dibbla, in production
- Work at the frontier: multi-agent workflows, agentic pipelines and problems no one has a playbook for yet
- Own architecture and implementation end to end, from model choice to rollout
- Shape a globally scalable platform: what you solve in the field becomes product for everyone
- Hand over what you build so customer teams can run it themselves: transfer, not dependence
What we look for
- An architect's mind with a developer's hands, drawn to the hardest problems in the room
- Daily fluency with code assistants and agentic development at the frontier
- Business-minded and communicative — comfortable in front of a CIO and in a terminal
- Bold in your recommendations, smooth in the room
- Professional English; Swedish is a strong plus
